Shiva Walks is a powerful way to dissolve the obstacle of your life. Every element of Shiva Walks including food, trek, meditation, breathing technique, campfire stories, etc, is towards removing obstacles of life. This is a spiritual excursion that takes place in Jageshwar, an ancient village of Uttarakhand that has wonderfully managed to preserve 2500-years old Shiva Temple. Green hills and the dense forest of deodar and pine trees surround the place. The first day will begin with an interactive session where you will be given a gist of the tour followed by a small trek to Dandeshwar temple. You will commence the next day with a small Lahu Shankh Prakshalana, a type of Prana Yoga that helps in cleaning the internal system of the body. A short meditation will be held in the afternoon followed by a 2 km trek to Jakher Sam. The last day of the tour will begin with a brief introduction to Bhuta Shuddhi before heading towards a 5 km morning trek to Vridh Jageshwar. Bhuta Shuddhi is an ancient yogic purification process to purify the five elements (earth, water, wind, fire & space) within the human system. The tour culminates with a bonfire with interesting Shiva Lores.
