Our tour begins at the bustling city of Kathmandu where we’ll spend our time visiting the most famous heritage sites of Kathmandu which includes: Pashupatinath, Boudhanath and Bhaktapur Durbar Square.
Next, we will visit Chitwan National Park, a treasure trove of avifauna. You can spot the Bengal Florican, Lesser Adjutant, Grey-crowned Prinia and Swamp Francolin among a plethora of other bird species. Sloth Bear, Royal Bengal Tiger and Indian Rhino are among the popular Mammals to keep an eye out for while you’re at the park.
Plenty of Nature Walks and enormous views of migratory bird are the greatest assets of Koshi Tappu Wildlife Reserve. For those with curiosity and perseverance, walking within the reserve on foot is the most profitable way of exploring the Grassland, River Lagoons and Woodlands and Vicinity of the barrage which is just a short drive away. The park hosts 350 species of birds. Black-necked Stork, Greater Adjutant Stork, Lesser Adjutant Stork, Baer’s Pochard, Red-necked Falcon, Bengal Florian, Great Stone Plover, Black-bellied Tern, Dusky Eagle Owl, Swamp Francolin, Marsh Warbler etc. are few to name it for.
